Wanderlust
The urge to pack a suitcase and travel has been slowly building inside me. My good friend, S, sent me the above picture today. It was one of many photos she took during our cruise in 2012. When I saw the photo, I almost started packing. Where to go? Don't know. Some place warm and green. A place far enough that a plane ticket is justified. Soon (I hope). I want to be leaving on a jet plane very soon.
“To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury, and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable, and wealthy, not, rich; to listen to stars and birds, babes and sages, with open heart; to study hard; to think quietly, act frankly, talk gently, await occasions, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious, grow up through the common–this is my symphony.” - William Henry Channing
